I can make a good looking website and put few team members, does that make it legit? It looks like not legit but it might be legit as well, you cannot understand it from the website.

This is similar to fraud, since no one officially declared this coin.  In addition, there is no serious information and documents on the site. Be careful!

It's not. The site doesn't even have a proper SSL certificate.

We will not see a coin from Swedish government in 2018. May be in 2020+.
