[Help] Unconfirmed tx and automatic resend everyday

I sent a transaction about 10 days ago from my Electrum wallet, it never got confirmed and wrote into a block.

And I can see the "received time " and "Network Propagation" are updated everyday, looking like an automatic resend... I changed different server but it does not help.

Any idea is appreciated.
