Is worthing to mining Monero or Eth? Or i should go to a smaller coin ?

its up with you, monero and ETH are a decent coins, its just that ETH is somewhat pushing too hard on the card compared to monero.

basically miners have online calculators for reference such as whattomine.com to decide which coins are profitable to mine as of the moment.
