Any (HYBRID) exchanges out there that merge cryptocurrencies with Money mobiles?

I very interested in getting involve in currency exchanges of all sorts, but wouldn't make since to merge them all together? I've just learned about the money mobiles that takes place in underdeveloped countries and how its revolutionizing the economy in those regions. Does anyone have any useful information on trusted companies that allow you to merge and trade gift cards, altcoins, bitcoins, calling cards, money mobiles, etc.
