Whatever their "business plan" might contain, they are a scam for promoting an ugly form of spam.

What do you mean by spam? Where are they posting it or are they sending it via private messages? The website address will probably be blocked from linking on the forum. Anybody who is willing to spam like that, is almost always willing to drop as low as scamming too.

OP might like to post more proof in the proper format so that other people who visit the thread are not like "wut?" - same thing what happened to me.

You never know who is behind this unless the proper proofs are gathered. Not that I am endorsing Taklimakan Network but that I am irritated to see improper methods to reporting scams. I might be more interested in looking into the ICO and their team and might investigate them a bit from my end as well.

No you should learn to read the OP and previous replies before you post. They said some zero post noobs were sending those messages. Hence people would want to know these spammers if they want to be aware of this or in case they get freaked out.
