Thank you in advance.

There are no questions to the processor - the simplest comes up.
The motherboard works without problems with 6 cards. Also pay attention to ASUS Prime Z270-A https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/PRIME-Z270-A/specifications/

Thank you in advance.

You can use celeron or dual core or any processor you want. That won't make any issue at all. I suggest you choose perfect board for mining with having the 13 cards slot. Still there are any number of slot mining boards available in the market but this one would perfect to add the maximum number of cards on general size rig.

Choose the right cards giving hashes for the concern coin you want to mine. Coin also matters because the difficulty increase on various coins.

Thank you in advance.

This motherboard has 6 PCIe slots, so 6 cards will work. It also has 2 m.2 slots but you would need to check that these are not shared with the PCIe slots on this particular motherboard before you hooked up 2 more cards. The m.2 also require an adapter.

The Pentium has a higher performance, but the Celeron is $20 cheaper, and for a mining rig the Celeron will be just fine. Might as well save the money.
