B2X and BCD missing money from split?

Hello.. yesterday I tried to extract B2X and BCD from my private keys (ledger nano) I have imported all the private keys into their respective wallets but 90% of the coins are missing.. only 3 coins in my B2X Wallet and 0 in my BCD Wallet, before the split of these coins I had more than 30 coins that I moved a few days ago to be able to take the money from the split.

I also used this service: https://dig.walleting.services however I received only 7 BCD (missing 23 or more.. I know that the service takes 10%)

You should ask the service about this, they have a thread on the forums but since everything is transparent with the blockchain, try to lookup for your addresses in a BCD/B2X blockexplorer to see where they went to.
