no such thing have heard about it, we cannot access our wallet without internet. Internet is the pillar of our bitcoins because we cannot mine or earn or invest or trade when we aren't connected to the internet

There are many offline wallets (for example Ledger Nano S), but they are just to keep you cryptocurrency. You cant use it without internet.

There are no wallets at all. If you want to store bitcoins in offline wallets then you also need internet to sync your wallet offline so that your bitcoin number is accepted in your wallet.

If you mean an offline wallet which can fully function without Internet access - no, there are no such wallets. Any transaction has to be broadcasted to nodes over the network, therefore it is impossible to make a bitcoin transaction without Internet access.

Cold storage wallets are another story. These are wallets that can (and should) be created on an offline computer and never have access to the network. Bitcoins can be sent to them in a usual manner, but in order to spend them one has to sign the transaction using the offline wallet, then copy it to an online computer in order to broadcast it. The balance and transaction history of such a cold wallet can be seen by the corresponding watch-only (online) wallet, which does not store private keys to sign transactions.

I think it is impossible to use bitcoin without the internet because you have to download the blockchain to see your wallet's fund and spend them but you can create Bitcoin wallet offline for storing your fund only.

You can have BTC without connection (offline wallet, private key, just the fact of owning), but you can't use them in any way at all. You kinda can receive them, but never ever send.

You can store and receive bitcoin even without internet but you can't transfer/send it to another wallet without internet connectivity since the only medium of exchange with bitcoin is through the internet. It's also one of the fields developers are having a chat with for aeons now--how could/would we extend bitcoin's reach especially to those who don't have stable internet connectivity? While most of the countries are now experiencing decent internet connection, there are still some countries who can't even use internet on a stable condition, and using bitcoin could somehow help them in terms of handling their financial schemes.

The topic might seem vague but it pretty much is an interesting topic to say the least. Bitcoin without internet isn't possible in the meantime, though I hope that in the future, bitcoin can operate well outside the constraints of the interwebs. It could help the financially oppressed massively.

Bitcoin relies on the power of decentralization and that's the USP of the whole process. Every transaction must be visible to each and everyone from any corner of the world so it doesn't make any sense to allow some offline mechanism that is hiding something from the rest of the network. If you are concerned about the privacy then Bitcoin is private in the sense of transaction as only the necessary information is broadcasted with every transaction.

Why one need internet to receive BTC? The information about receiving will be stored in blockchain and synchronized either way before any action, requiring internet (i.e. Send BTC). The wallet will receive the funds like usually, just will not show them until sync'ed.
