Asus H270-Plus don't see 9th GPU

I have:
Asus H270-Plus (last bios 0808)
Pcie 1 to 4 connector
OS Ubuntu 16.4
9 x 1063.
Driver Version: 387.34

Problem:
lspci | grep VGA
shows me all 9 cards
but if I try create xconf with:
sudo nvidia-xconfig -a --cool-bits=28 --allow-empty-initial-configuration
it picks up only 8 out of 9.
How to run all 9 cards if it is possible?
