I am trying to operate on these platforms to expand my innovation but these important community members are difficult to connect with, where do I turn?

I tried contacting waves support, and the guy who made CMC on bitcointalk with no success. I made a coin request with CMC website 3 times without response, it is crucial to my projects long term success that these people respond asap.
