Bitcoin worth $25k in 2018

Bitcoin is not possible to predict. Perhaps this is a tactic whales. After they reduce the prices of coins in order to buy them at a low price, they naturally raise the prices to make a profit. But it has consequences. The reasons for the fall of bitcoin in the other. A lot of people think that bitcoin is a lightweight tool for making money. They don't trust bitcoin. When the whales are playing on the lower prices they get scared and cause a panic.

Yes, for this reason I tend to believe certain level of regulation will only help bitcoin to grow. Then market manipulation will become more difficult and traders will be able to rely on more natural market development than when whales are having their fun. All those pump groups on Telegram, well that's proper rubbish. I like speculation around Bitcoin which allow everyone to make funds, but market manipulation is turning Bitcoin to centralization, which is right the opposite of its idea isn't it?

I've been just studying Bitcoin graph from 2013 till today and it seems like a good rule that once the btc price skyrockets, it always falls 50% back before it grows another 100% and more.

I believe that this increase and fall of 50% is because people sell to make profits and again repeat the same cancerous cycle when the price increases and reaches another ATH people sell and buy in the fall of the price.

Now there are some things that are different from the past. Last year people had high expectations, it was the Japanese market, then the hard forks and then the futures and this has raised the price a lot, but this year there is not so much good news, nasdaq has distanced of future and banks and governments are now pressure against bitcoin. in my opinion the increase in the price of bitcoin for this year will be very moderate

I expect this trend to repeat in following months when the recovery should start reaching $25k for 1 btc by the end of the year.

as I said, the increase in prices this year will be moderate, maybe in June we will reach the price of  $25000

I think this isn't a guess but rather a calculation and i can feel that it is more likely to happen and i hope you were right that price will rise at $25k in November or December. But bitcoin did hit the mark at $20k so i think it will be more than $25k by November, i'm not so sure but maybe $30k.

I would say the drop is caused by traders or holders who are trying to take advantage of rising value but $25k would be a good time to see more investors pumping their money into bitcoin has people have a lot of hope for the digital currency.

Each year I am also thinking that there should be a 50% fall and an even bigger rise after some time, but you should remember that during the previous years nobody was talking about crypto like now. Every dog now knows about Bitcoin, much less people used it but everyone did hear about it at least once.

I do not see bitcoin getting to the high it got to in 2017. My reasons are 1. Altcoins has provided a cheaper substitute for P2P payments accepted worldwide. 2. This trend of governments wanting to control bitcoin will continue to breed fear making the price remain low.  3. The market cap has dropped signifying divestment.

Bitcoin in 2018 can reach $25000 and even above. But nevertheless about $5000 can decrease.... very big volatility. Nobody will be able precisely to answer this question. my opinion will be growth at least up to $25000
