If you are a beginner, so I suggest that you don't invest any ICO at present, because the current in a bear market, and investment in most of the ICO project will let you lose money, so now is not a good time to invest in ICO, you should consider buying some mainstream tokens, such as bitcoin.

We can determine that the ico was great when we do the whitepaper by doing an effort to read it and giving an extra time to understand their platform revenue.

Hey Jessica1103, welcome to the world of crypto!

In my opinion, the best way to learn about cryptos and ICO's, is to read helpful guides. Throughout my crypto journey, I found this site made very detailed blog posts, which answer lots of first time investor questions.

Information on - how to invest in ICO's https://coinrating.co/guide-investing-ico/
