Liqui.io exchange support is sad...

I had sent Ethereum to my Liqui exchange account, which has not been deposited in my Eth wallet, though it was a successful transfer as per Etherscan. I raised a query (#29601), but inspite of repeated reminder and waiting for more than 5 days, they have not deposited the same to my Eth wallet. Their support is sad....

I had the same thing happen to me a while back and it toke 44 days to get a reply  but then the problem was solved.

Yes, their support system is working accurately on time without any delay on their specified time limit mentioned in their support system. Previously i made the withdrawal but the transaction is not showing, i sent a support ticket to them within 3 days they sent coins to my wallet within the specified time. Don't worry if you sent the right address surely they will help you.

The fact is that this exchanger is not very desirable to deal with, because after some manipulations, I lost access to my account. The fact is that the entered data is checked and they are fat, but it gives an error when entering. Therefore, their support is very weak.
