I am so scared. I had more than 50% of my cryptos on there.

Apparently it's only Nano  that's missing. Hopefully they should give you all your other coins back, unless they decide to socialise the losses or exit scam.

Bitgrail S.r.l. Informs its users that internal checks revealed unauthorized transactions which led to a 17 million Nano shortfall, an amount forming part of the wallet managed by Bitgrail S.r.l.

Today a charge about those fraudulent activities has been submitted to the competent authorities and now is under police investigation.

@OP: If your '50% crypto' consists mainly of Nano, your coins are gone as they got hacked and said that the only solution is a hard fork. If you hold other coins, you may be able to recover them. Contact suport and wait. It's probably going to take a LOT of time until they answer you (if they do), but there is still hope.
