Looking for GOOD english to chinese translation

Hi dear chinese community!

First i want to apologize writing in english here, but my chinese is pretty bad and i didnt wanted to use google translate.

I'm looking for a professional translation of a white paper which consist of 4828 words.

The translation has to be good and error free in standard chinese (mandarin), which as far as i know is the main chinese dialect.
