A staked address helps you if you loose your account and to prove who you are.
You can see how to do it here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990345.0#post_electrum198

in this thred you can post your message
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0

So later if you get hacked or need to prove who you are, you can sign a message to prove it

To answe the other questions,
Private Key are part of your Bitcoin Wallet, not Bitcointalk account.

The Private key are a piece of code used to unlock and spend Bitcoins on your wallet, to put it in a simple terms.
NEVER SHARE YOUR PRIVATE KEYS
If someone get a hold of your private key, it means your wallet has been compromised and that person can steal your coins in an instant.

If you're looking for more technical terms you can read it here

People posting their btc address with signed message thath they would be able to recover account if it was hacked. Then you will need to sign a message from staked address and send it to admin. I'm so happy that I staked my btc address, otherwise I would have lost this my bitcointalk account.
On Bitcoin wallet you have Public and Private key. Simple analogy - Public key is like a bank account number and Private key is like a PIN code (only much longer). Never share your private key with anyone, because you will loose your btc.

Private keys ? it's only if you wanna share your account publicly, just stake or post your bitcoin address on meta https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0 people will quote your address or verify your sign message, please just post the address that can provide a sign message for you.

Basically in short on you can correctly sign a message with your private key if you hold your private key. Nobody else can sign the message no matter how hard they try. So it is a good way to prove identity.

As the other guys said, NEVER share any form of a private key. You can share a public key though.

Dogs are nice, I don't like cats though.

As I already said, people stake their Bitcoin address to prove that they are real owner of bitcointalk account in case if someone hack account and original owner lose access to his account. Then you just need to sign a message from your stacked address and send PM to forum admin with request to recover account.
If you want to upload your Bitcoin address to your profile, open your profile, then click "Forum profile information" and you will see place to upload address.
Usually people are stacking their Bitcoin address with signed address on this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0
Then other people verify signed message and quote that post. In account recovery proccess it works as reference to prove who is original owner of account.
Well, if you want to change your stacked address, you need to post signed from old address and also upload signed message from your new Bitcoin address. I hope it's clear enough. If not, don't hestitate to ask Smiley

thanks so much for ur great answer. for example i want to change my account's staked bitcoinadress:
1- now please check here "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1419465"
2- as you see my Bitcoin address:   "0xxx test"
please tell me if if want to change my adress to "0xxx test1" how can i do it?

i think, before i changed my address, I must go to "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0" and tell in "that adress, this account is mine and i want to change my adress. and then send amassage to admin and write "this is my old address and i want to chege it + priviate key of that address". then I send agian in ""https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0" and tell in "that adress". and so it well be changed now.
is it correct?
