If you are concerned about China bitcoin markets, you will find that a war happened in the last month between china markets. Btcchina, China's largest bitcoin market drops their fee to ZERO.  And then，btcchina volume increased rapidly from a few thousand to 20,000 (from http://btckan.com/price). Others markets respond quickly to changes of btcchina, also drop fee to 0 even began participating.
