If at least one state legalizes tax payments via crypto this can be considered as the first step of legalizing crypto in US.

If the bill passes through and get legalized, it could be the turning point for bitcoin and other crypto to get back on track after it fell to one of its lowest points. Kudos to Arizona senate.

Just read that on cointelegraph and although it seems that the citizens from that state will only be able to do that in 2020 (if the bill gets approved), it's still great news. It definitely sends a clear signal that some states in the US are being crypto friendly, and understand the importance that these "currencies" will take in our lives. Hope more States start passing bills like these, since this will pass a lot of confidence to the crypto markets.

This would definitely be a step in the right direction and actually proves that cryptocurrency is getting more and more popular. It will take a few more years, but that's the way for almost every good thing.
Good things take time to be implemented. I think that will definitely generate a huge increase in value as soon as cryptocurrency is accepted and promoted by the state.
This are very good news, even if we have to wait until 2020.

I think US it's the first nation to actually tax the crypto. So far I haven't heard anything from other countries, neither from mine.

You have fundamentally misunderstood this. Not the coins are taxed, but you can pay your taxes with coins.
Cryptocurrency has to be taxed in just about every country. This, of course, is a huge difference and would have a huge step towards accepting cryptocurrency.
