Is this the next X10 coin?

I saw that there is a new coin called PECULIUM and the ICO ended a few weeks ago

I want to invest some money on this, probably between $10,000 and $25,000 but i am not sure about this..

Some people have been saying that Peculium was gonna make more than x10 soon, actually, the price is less than $0,005 and they said that it will be more than $0,50 before the end of the year (and a x10 from the actual price is $0,05)

But, i do not know what to do..

They said they got partnered up with GOOGLE, and that they are looking to create a partnership with IOTA..
