How deal with a psychopathic person in a workplace ?

Working is a difficult thing for sure but Working in a company which is full of psychopathic , narcissist people. They always want to debate on anyhthing, they also say lies about you and even, they do not hesitate to cast aspersions upon somebody . How can you deal with such people ? I am curious about you opinions. thank you.

Dealing with a psycopath in workplace is stressful - perhaps can even be sickening. It's a must to study their actions and be proactive if you dont want to be their victim. Don't be intimidated and stay calm. Don't lose your temper due to their outrageous behavior. Never buy their stories, they might blame you in the end. The best way possible to deal with them is to simply AVOID them as much as you can.

With this kind of people around you everyday, is total disaster and stressful, they're the kind of people who is so annoying you've got have full control over yourself or else you might be tempted to get even with them that case your worse than them. Pray real hard before you went to the office, so that you got a hold at yourself and also pray for them, deal them not according to their weakness, but with love and understanding and also because you are king enough to treat them nicely to avoid conflict and also for the sake of peace in your workplace.
