They are supporting 65+ alts and are having good API. I don't see why they would block TOR connections. Or buy a normal second VPS and use it as a gateway.

You are searching only for cryptocurrency payment gateway or need cards as well. If you need card payments - I think it's not possible because of obvious security reasons.
But why do you need it over TOR? some kind of darknet marketplace?
