It's getting worse and worse, you reply to an advertisement on localbitcoins, but the people do not answer back after several days!

HEY, if you want to do business, you have to act like a professional!
I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

The idea behind local BTC is a face to face transaction,
but you never know who you'll end up meeting there.
Some tweaking might be in order.
