I know there is a massive thread on this, which I have read through but does anyone know what are the thresholds for Euro SEPA transfers these days? And the time expectation?

Take a look in the thread. You'll see it mentioned a few different times. Sturles sums it up quite well a few times.

Euro is not working fine. I have a small (631 eur) withdrawal in "confirmed" status since 2 weeks ago and when asked support they gave me the standard, vague copy-paste answer about a 3-week delay for euro transfers no matter their size.

I still have more cash sitting there and I'll have to wait for at least 20 additional days to get it, once my first request is processed.
