For about half a year ago i bought 3 mining cards, 5870(Only found one), 7870, 7950

I now want to mine two of them in the same system (5870, 7950)

I have already tried this and it was a painful 4 days in Linux

Atlast i made it work by installing Linux with the 7950 plugged in and then turning of the system
and putting in the 5870 therefor making the drivers realize that they are suppost to have two cards

Anyway i was hoping that somone here could help me to fix this problem, i want to use Linux so i can remotly controll the terminal
and also have the extra stability and performance

So the problem is the actual drivers and the recognition of the both cards, OpenGL is strangly not installing and well linux can't see bouth cards

BAMT did not work either because the drivers ware outdated even for 5870?

Thanks for any support and the one who figures it out will get a reward Smiley

Also i can't test untill i get my cable from hashratestore.

If I'm not mistaken, 7x series and 5-68x series are different enough that the OpenCL SDK versions aren't compatible. You can run a 5x and 6x together, or later models of 69x and 7x together...No way that I know of to install both SDKs/Drivers though. Sad

Okey but what if i use the 7950 and 7870 in the same system will it work better?

Also what about Mining OS(s) like BAMT, is there any other that are relativly new so it can work with 7x series?

Thanks for the reply
