as far as i know, this is one of the few global bitcoin debit cards left - https://wagecan.com

it costs a lot and you won't be able to get a turkish lira card. it'll only be dollars, euros and pounds. you'll be able to withdraw lira from an ATM but the foreign currency fees will be really high.

it costs a lot and you won't be able to get a turkish lira card. it'll only be dollars, euros and pounds. you'll be able to withdraw lira from an ATM but the foreign currency fees will be really high.

Wagecan is hard to get at, unless you live in Asia.

Go for Misterango (3k eur POS / 1k eur ATM) per day

VIABUY 1k EUR per month (limit for loading card)

For your region I would think Advcash or Skrill would be available to you.
They have debit cards available now which you can load then use their funds on the card at the atm to withdraw from respectively.
Best of luck to you in obtaining one after you verify your account which is needed for any debit card in use with crypto nowadays due to aml.kyc laws now for most parts of the globe.

the cards arent avaible what are you talking about?
