extract tokens from smart contract? please devs, help

hello,
i sent some tokens, i previously bought in an ico, to their smart-contract adress by accident ( i know.. pretty stupid, but stuff can happen if you don't sleep enough and trade too much) anyway what i wanted to ask is if the devs of this token are able to send back my tokens since i basically sent the tokens to them? i have all the documentation of the transactions of cours. is anybody here who knows about this stuff and can answer my question?
