Sent AGI to IDH

Hi peeps I'm expecting some flack for this but I'm prepared, 8 days ago I accidentally sent 2178 AGI from MEW to my IDH hitbtc wallet. I noticed it said they can reverse such a transaction for a $100 fee. Today they got back to me and said they can't do it. So I ask is there anyway I can get this reversed? I'd really appreciate the help. From the blockchain noob.
