forum.namecoin.org: new members are excluded from discussions

Hello,

I was wondering why new members in the namecoin forum cannot open threads or even reply to messages of other users. There exists a member list of the forum, and every new member seems to have posted 0 messages. Is the forum software not working correctly? The forum seems to be alive since admins and mods post messages regularly.

Could someone else verify this?
