Did OCN Odyssey have frozen tokens until a specified date?

EDIT: found out 50% are locked until April. Hope this helps someone else.

i dont see any article said that OCN is frozen or locked. Try sending less token with more gas fee. If still fail try use incognito mode, if still fail instal metamask at your browser.
