Anyone here have any info on how to solve a missing deposit transfer from weexchange to bitfunder?
I wanted to buy shares in some bitcoin companies on bitfunder. You must use weexchange to deposit into Bitfunder.
My deposit into weexchange was completed on 9/16. I quickly made an "Instant Transfer" to bitfunder same day but it never showed up.
I opened support tickets 9/16 at both sites and haven't heard back.
Any info on how to remedy this problem?
How to contact anyone at these sites?
Anyone else experience same problems?
Any comments on these sites welcome.
Thanks.

These threads are typically PEBKAC issues. I can't recall seeing any veteran members reporting any of these problems. Additionally Bitfunder/WeExchange has been around long enough to not be a blatant scam but regardless neither of them control the bitcoin protocols.

If it were me I would take my transaction number and look it up on blockchain. I would double check the addresses and if they were correct them start reaching out.

Strange that you say you are getting no communication. Ukyo is available in IRC and his website even has web IRC support so you can talk directly to him. Again, PEBCAK and not doing enough of your own homework before asking for help - no surprise you have problems.

Hayek,
PEBKAC? Ha! No. But thanks for posting and vouching for sites.
I was able to reach Ukyo on IRC and they're working on a fix for my issue.
In this circumstance asking for help here with my homework didn't hurt too much.
Thanks again.
