My bitcoin I purchased at an ATM is appearing in my mobile wallet, but not on my computer's wallet (same address). The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. I am using the electrum mobile app for the first time because of this predicament. Because I'm new to the mobile app, I can't tell whether the transfer is in progress or not (it has been a day since I thought I initiated it). I keep reading the wallet is read-only, so I'm guessing I need to resolve whatever issue is preventing the bitcoin from appearing in my computer wallet.

Regardless, here's what's happening with the mobile app. The Invoice says Pending with No Signature. When I try to pay, the app shows the amount sent and fee, says the status is unsigned, and lets me view the transaction "barcode" without giving me the option to pay. Is this transfer in progress? Sorry for the noob question, ATM support person is useless. I have pics but could not attach.

Does your "Desktop wallet" (on your computer) has a seed? or in other words did you let Electrum on your computer create a new wallet for you with seed or did you import something in it?
same with your "Mobile wallet"?

my guess is that you generated a new wallet with seed on your computer then used only the "address" (which starts with 1 or 3 or bc1) to import on your phone. if my guess is correct then you have a "watch only" wallet on your phone but a complete wallet on your computer. in this case the transaction you created on your phone is not signed (it is not complete and you can not spend the funds from your phone). you have to make the transaction on your computer or transfer that "unsigned transaction" that you made on your phone to your computer and sign it but that is not necessary if your computer is connected to the internet.

as for your other issue of transaction not appearing in your desktop wallet, if you are using version 3.0.5 and below there was a bug that caused some issue. upgrade to latest version 3.0.6 and it will be solved.
if it is latest version then it is probably because of connectivity problems. give your wallet some time and also try closing and reopening the wallet. get back to us if nothing worked.

Was on 3.0.5, re-installed and solved the problem. Should have done that to start with, will make sure to do so next time. Thank you!
