Exodus give you control over your private keys but you won't be able to see/send the coin in your wallet. You will need to export the private keys and import them to another wallet so instead, I suggest using Myetherwallet directly.
^What OmegaStarScream said. Exodus supports a lot of coins, including other famous ERC20 tokens. It would be fine for you to send ERC20 tokens on your ETH wallet on Exodus, but take note that Exodus gives you ONE recovery seed for all of your coins/tokens on your wallet.
