mcxNOW balance error?

I am a bit puzzle, and hope some members who uses mcxNOW can clear this up to me.

In my account, in the section of LTC. I can see that I have 0 available balance, but I got money in the total balance? What is going on? Should I email to them and tell them there is an error or am I missing something?

Sounds like you have an active sell order. Try going to: https://mcxnow.com/exchange/LTC , Click "Your LTC Orders" and see if anything is there?

"available balance" mean balance who is available...
So if you have some open order, it doesn't appear here, but it appear in the "total balance"

Thanks it seems after 1 hour the problem solved itself. It must have been an open order.
