I know 80% of cloud mining websites out there are scam, after investigating 2 of the trusted ones i found out they ran out of stock.

Have no alternatives ATM, i have 10K to invest in mining system, atm i am thinking about buying hardware and renting a room in a data center but i think 10K are not enough for my current plans.
I also know about crypto volatility since i have been studying the market for 3 years now.

Sorry to burst your bubble but considering current price, no legit miners will emit a payment. The prices make it impossible to do even a slight amount of profit considering the electricity and machine cost.

Genesis mining have been one of the oldest and most trusted cloud mining site but even them wont pay you anything right now. You can invest 10k if you want, you wont get even one satoshi from them. Simply because electricity costs more than what the miners produce.

Just buy 3BTC with your 10k.
