Maybe, contact customer support? Are you sure you have connected them correctly and everything is setup like it should be?

Way back in another life, more than 20 years ago, I did customer support on a computer helpdesk. I learned to always start with the really obvious questions, such as "Is it plugged in?", "Is it turned on?" and "Is there paper in it?". It solved over 90% of "problems"

Seriously? People didn't even do the most basic things, LMAO. I would have a hell of a time working in a place like that.
