Integrated wireless CPE/Miner for the underserved?

Hello,

For bitcoin to become the fairest currency in the world, everyone should have internet access. I was thinking of the possibility of creating some kind of cooperative movement and provide underserved comunities with wireless CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) or in this case MPE (Miner Premises Equipment). It should be and integrated wireless radio and ASIC miner all-in-one. Obviously, because if increasing difficulties, it may be better to be modular. Think in a wireless radio with a mining enabled version of dd-wrt. The wireless board should have at least an USB port for the ASIC module. Of course it won't be a super miner, but imagine a community of 5,000+ homes. It may be possible to pay for all interconnection costs. For the user/member, it will be transparent. Once the difficulty changes, simply change USB mining module (and recycle the old).

Who is going to pay for free wifi say, in a village in the middle of jungle in Perú or Namibia?

Also, there're lots of underserved areas in United Stated waiting for big telcos.
