Say like I wanted to donate 50 cents of a USD dollar in BTC, how would I go on about calculating 50 cents of a dollar from one BTC? Like what is 50 cents from one BTC?

But this is not the entire question, how do I do the mathematics conversion on any amount whether its 14 cents to $8.47.
