Because of different timezone I think this transaction may end tomorrow at max.

sorry seems can not send funds as paypal error appear as we can not send your payment right now

it common error now a days appear time to time and automatically will disappeared after 6 to 12 hours or faster time

so not sure when able to transfer funds

OK closing this thread, I have received a few offers from some people you have in replies and quotes here and some PM from other persons but it seems Paypal is having a difficult time as all of the users tell me as you can see in the above post problems from this payment processors, I guess I will have to stick paying fees to Bitpay , Bitpanda and Skrill. Closing the topic.
