I was on youtube and ran across this guy.  He previously made videos talking about las vegas shooting conspiracy and other events.  But then i notice he has a new channel called AMTV where he talks about bitcoin.  He is basically a course and every video he keeps talking about how his course are still at low price but prices will be going up soon.  He mentions this literally every video.  People mentioned he is a shill and this guy has got to be the worst sellers of all time.  He keeps talking about how the bitcoin course will change everything you know about bitcoin and how if he knew about this course, he wouldnt have done trial and error.  Mentions how he invested in bitcoin a while back etc.  Then this guy would show like a short video of his test account making 50k in profit in a week when bitcoin hit 6k and he bought the dip and recommended everyone to buy the dip.  He would say thats just his test account, his main account makes a lot more etc.

This guy is really unlikeable.  Its like he tells how he is a teacher and wants to teach students on how to get bitcoin rich.  Yes... thats right.  Not right.  But bitcoin rich.  There are ppl that shill but this guy takes it to an all different level where its like how can anyone stand the guy.  I cant even imagine a paying student like this guy.  And seriously... are there people that really pay to learn bitcoin through a bitcoin seminar from someone?  That has got to be one of the dumbest things you can do.  The main tip is buy low and sell high.  What exactly is someone like him going to teach you in a bitcoin course that someone who knows about bitcoin won't know.  He would then mention in the course he will mention a coin that he thinks will have 1000x returns.  Of course on the bottom it has a message that say results may vary and its not a guarantee.  Does anyone know even how much does he charge for the course?  I can't believe how he keeps saying hurry up seats are limited.  Then he mentions how his big studio is paid for by bitcoin.  Now i don't doubt he made a lot of money from bitcoin.  But if you make that much money, you going to have a course to charge people money for a bitcoin class?

I seen ads for that guy Tai Lopez and even watched a few of his videos but very short.  I can't stand the guy.  But this AMTV guy has got to be the worst.  He is like the most arrogant cocky guy who talks about bitcoin you ever watched.  In case you don't know who im talking about, just google amtv bitcoin on youtube.  I would like to get your opinion on it.  He literally repeats the same thing over and over again and how like his course will make you lot of money.  Whats funny is i think if someone with a clue decided to take the course, basically everything he says is something that person already knows right?

Never heard of him, but generally speaking you don't need to pay for some 'secret' information.  The best information for trading can be had for free (or cheap).  For example two book that I read, 'The Intelligent Investor' by Graham and 'One Up On Wallstreet' by Lynch, are worth many times what I paid for them.  I learned stuff in lots of other places, but the ideas in these books are applicable to more than just stocks.  One you learn Graham's way of finding good investments, and then Lynch's, you may realize that although their methods are completely different, they are at the core exactly the same: find an investment that is superior to its peers in one way or another.

Sure you can't use Lynch's earnings line to asses the value of a coin.  But if you can go through his book and learn how to value a stock like he does, then you can learn how to value anything.

I am not saying to buy these books, maybe there is better information out there for what you want to learn.  The point is that if you are a beginner and you buy some newsletter or expensive training course, chances are good that you have wasted your money.

Its not easy to be a successful investor.  It is very hard.  That is why not everyone is rich.

For example, when I bought bitcoin I did weeks of research, and hours every day during those weeks.  I had seen it in the news before, but had dismissed it as magic internet money or whatever.  My mistake!  But after the Mt. Gox crash I started to see LOTS of news about it.  I read an article with a click bait title that claimed $500k was a plausible price for bitcoin in the future.  Usually these types of articles are fluff, and I only click on them to amuse myself and procrastinate from real research.

But I was shocked to see that the author backed it up with real numbers, and had a solid thesis.  Of course, I never believe anything ever when it comes to investing (a lesson learned the hard way of course), so down the rabbit hole I went.

I didn't get in early enough to be a bitcoin millionaire unfortunately.  But I did get in early enough to see some serious gains!  And I only did this by lots of research.  No one is going to do this for you.  Skip the paid memberships and do the legwork yourself, in the long run you will be rewarded.

First lesson, free of charge: if this guy was so good at making money, why is he spending all his time making youtube videos in stead of trading and making tons of money?  If he has some method or system to get rich, he would never share it!
