I wonder if nowadays good teams still will be supported with funds out of community even if they can't afford to spend multiple hundreds k USD for marketing.

I like ICOs which have small HardCap and good potential to rise in money but now only big player ICOs can success, which in my opinion is the opposite of the principle..

It seems like the public will be left out once again in this madness.
