Wanted to give you a direct answer but ANN thread from your signature has been deleted so I can't access it.

I assume you are paid in ERC-20 tokens. If this is the case you can for sure trade them for ETH on etherdelta or forkdelta. However, altcoins signature campaigns usually pay out only after ICO is completed successfully. Check if you have received your payment, you can use etherscan or your ETH wallet.

If something is unclear post more info, and I will give you more precise answer.

Has your token been released yet? If so, look it up, and see where it is being traded.

I believe your signature is for "NEURO", right?

You have to wait until your coin is added on exchanges. And then you can transfer it from your wallet to that exchange and sell it for usd or some popular coins depending on exchange.

Look for announcements on token you participate in.. when do they put them on exchanger and what exchanger?
