They usually provide significant dividends and have a reasonable chance of long-term financial appreciation. Thought will initiate a topic for real estate investments and get your feedback.

We are currently working on facilitating crypto investments in Dubai, UAE where we accept crypto (ideally stable coins, but all other cryptos as well) and issue a so-called - manager's cheque in fiat (like an escrow account). So the buyer can pay crypto and the seller receive fiat. This also works for cars, motorcycles, houses, planes, etc.

Should we concentrate on the optimization of the manager's cheque process? Or look into tokenization perspective right away (it's not regulated yet...).

First that you are able to deal in crypto publicly because crypto is legally accepted in united arab emirates. Not many people are able to enjoy this privilege.
Secondly, i will ask you do to do experiments with two things. First instead of using stable coins, use only bitcoins for transactions. Secondly, why not stop issue manager check in fiat but pay them in bitcoins. This will make your real estate company purely crypto based.

And as they plan and look into that potential profit that they're going to have, we don't have to go that far anymore or sideways because that's the motivation there. The crypto market seems to be lucrative for them but not every project will have its own success. If a business is thriving without having the need to tokenized their assets, there's really no need to do that and just focus on the process and expansion through other means. I've also seen crypto project concepts and proposals that they're attaching to real estate but I have not seen many of them become successful.

Good if they think about materializing it, but common thing happen is they just used those word to attract people and scam them. I also don't see any crypto real estate project succeed. But if you talk about scamming there are lot of incident happen in history so much better for people to stop think about getting hype if someone introduce them a project like this to avoid getting false hope by fake projects which intention is to scam their believers.

I don't think that crypto in real estate does not have future. For now, 90% of all the "projects" are scam, but the industry is developing. What do you know about regulation in this industry and do you have any personal experience working with such companies?
