Last year I decided to invest in Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and I'm happy that I took the risk. REITs are investments that provide a total return. They usually provide significant dividends and have a reasonable chance of long-term financial appreciation. REIT stocks have long-term total returns comparable to value equities and higher than lower-risk bonds.REITs are also a good way for beginner real estate investors to gain some experience with the industry. I took all my information from this platform playlouder.com. You should check it to get a better picture of this.

Hello, community!
Thought will initiate a topic for real estate investments and get your feedback.
We are currently working on facilitating crypto investments in Dubai, UAE where we accept crypto (ideally stable coins, but all other cryptos as well) and issue a so-called - manager's cheque in fiat (like an escrow account). So the buyer can pay crypto and the seller receive fiat. This also works for cars, motorcycles, houses, planes, etc.
Should we concentrate on the optimization of the manager's cheque process? Or look into tokenization perspective right away (it's not regulated yet...).
Looking forward to your feedback and comments!
Donny from Dubai!
First that you are able to deal in crypto publicly because crypto is legally accepted in united arab emirates. Not many people are able to enjoy this privilege. Secondly, i will ask you do to do experiments with two things. First instead of using stable coins, use only bitcoins for transactions. Secondly, why not stop issue manager check in fiat but pay them in bitcoins. This will make your real estate company purely crypto based.

tokenisation of RE is a trend to follow. in the EU some fintechs are on it. especially with the new MiCaR EU regulation this topic will grow.

IMHO, focus first with the process rather than the tokenization. You can easily do the tokenization once your process is already built and stable. Whilst for the tokenization, you can inform your users or customers that you have to adjust as there's another development coming from your team a nd that's the tokenization.
You're expressing exactly what I'm thinking. It’s clear that you’re as invested in the success of this idea as I’ve been for years. Unfortunately, most projects in this space have either failed or turned out to be scams. I firmly believe in the potential of real estate, especially when combined with digital business, as it could allow anyone to invest globally. I’m hopeful that it can work. Just one successful breakthrough, free from money laundering, could validate the entire concept.

Hi Royalfestus, what are the options for regulation available for real estate companies who work for tokenization?

And as they plan and look into that potential profit that they're going to have, we don't have to go that far anymore or sideways because that's the motivation there. The crypto market seems to be lucrative for them but not every project will have its own success. If a business is thriving without having the need to tokenized their assets, there's really no need to do that and just focus on the process and expansion through other means. I've also seen crypto project concepts and proposals that they're attaching to real estate but I have not seen many of them become successful.

Good if they think about materializing it, but common thing happen is they just used those word to attract people and scam them. I also don't see any crypto real estate project succeed. But if you talk about scamming there are lot of incident happen in history so much better for people to stop think about getting hype if someone introduce them a project like this to avoid getting false hope by fake projects which intention is to scam their believers. I also don't see any need to tokenization on real estate for now since so far they are doing good on current industry they are moving. They are still wrecking up millions or even billions of profit so I believe those well known land developers will currently stay on current set up they used.

I don't think that crypto in real estate does not have future. For now, 90% of all the "projects" are scam, but the industry is developing. What do you know about regulation in this industry and do you have any personal experience working with such companies? You're expressing exactly what I'm thinking.
