I tried finding vps cheaper than 1€ but couldn't find one, arubacloud seems to be the cheapest vps. btw how's the arubacloud's service/performance? i'm thinking of using their vps.

I doubt you'll find a VPS for less than that. You can probably go cheaper with shared hosting if that fits your needs.

For VSP deals, you should check lowendbox.com once in a while, every once in a while it has good offers.

They don't even show the basic information (RAM/storage) on their website. Maybe they'll say it after creating an account, which I'm not going to do.

They seems to show information here[1]. the specs are good enough for me, i'm gonna give it a try once my free credits end on digitalocean.
