Hi there, I just recently entered the cryptospace not even 2 months ago and it's been great to be part of such a strong community and with that I just want to say to all potential investors into whatever coin you believe in that we are all still early adopters into this space. That cryptocurrency is still just in infancy. We have a long road ahead of us and don't fear that just because the price of a Bitcoin is thousands of dollars you can't enter the market. Though I don't like to speculate too much I think we can all agree that Bitcoin has years ahead of it. In addition, DO NOT THINK that BTC is the onlycoin you should consider investing in, everyday there are exciting projects being announced with real life applications that can revolutionise the world and shape how privacy, payments, distribution is operated.

Those of us that have already entered the cryptospace are only of a small percentage of the world that has the internet connection, understanding and disposable income available to someone to have the ability to invest into this wonderful market. I'll try not to glorify it too much as there are dangers, you will lose out some days, but that comes with any investment. Invest into cryptocurrency like you would any other asset or stock. If you are weighing up your options, I highly recommend you take the next step, but do your research, understand the repercussions and ensure that you aren't being scammed etc.

With that said, Thanks,

Virtued

Indeed, I always think bitcoin is a good investment.
Whenever you enter the cryptocurrency market, you will find that only bitcoin is worth your long-term hold, while other altcoin have a variety of problems.

Completely agree! The truth is that all these early adopters are a driving force for the development of the technology. Look, it's similar to the Internet. The early enthusiasts' faced a lot of problems with its implementation, nobody understood this, still today we have what we have, and the same with Blockchain. Everything depends on us.

YEs true like you said early adopters are the driving force and will mostly sicced. Many great projects pops out everyday and to invest only in BTC is not just it. We all know that the dominating crypto is BTC but other altcoins are alongside it with lots of great potentials. Always spread your tentacles.

That was one of the best-written pieces in my opinion. It epitomizes the situation very well. There are a small group of early adopters (early 2010) who I believe think they are entitled to these innovations and claim to understand it better. I think nothing could be further from the truth. As you put, you have only been in the sphere for 2 months. Different people absorb info differently. Kudos.

These investments have their respective advantages and disadvantages, so investors should know what investment is really about. When an investor buys a digital currency, it means he listed himself (the address of his digital wallet) in blockchain. The digital money (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Monero, etc.) can be used to purchase goods and services directly to the seller who is willing to accept payments using that currency. Generally, investors do not get any profit apart from the difference between the selling price and the purchase price (capital gain). Smiley

DO NOT THINK that BTC is the onlycoin you should consider investing in,

very true, and i agree with it but you should also not forget that you shouldn't think just because some project is being advertised a lot and seems pretty, then it must be a good investment opportunity.
most of them are only a pretty front with a lot of problems at their heart and they can not stay high in the long run. and unfortunately these days the market is crawling with them and some even have pretty high prices.

Most people on this forum would agree with all that. Only some very senior members, respectable all of them, are still too much into Bitcoin and tend to ignore the rise of the Alts.
