BTC Alpha Exchange - Issues Withdrawing

Hi Guys,

I've signed up to BTC-Alpha and managed to transfer btc in / buy coins  / withdraw to local wallet successfully..

As of yesterday i was unable to withdraw as I've stopped receiving their email confirmations...

I've logged this with the support teams but had no response, has anyone face a similar issue or managed to get a reply from support?

It seems that it has been an issue on that site. There is a thread on reddit with the same problem, they discussed and ended up the problem got solved, but didn't mention what they do. One comment there was saying "try again", have you tried resending the verification email (if there is an option)?

tried that several times but no joy.

Few others have reported the same issue but the support teams don't seem to be reply back...
