Not that i'm shutting you off but:
1. The subject was very misleading. I thought the section off-topic would be deleted and the link was a notice that i did not see, which have theymos stating such things.
2. Although the post was in english, linking post to a local thread which majority of the readers in meta would not understand is kind of a disappointment(idk the right word for it).

I'm one those newbies whose having a lot of trouble gaining some Merits that's why I made a thread that was giving ways to my fellow newbies to gain their Merits.

You can give Merits for some reviews on the threads that are given on the replies or just a Reliable source ( which is a lot of help)

IMO (In my opinion), its better to enumerate merit sources for newbies/jr members to help rather than linking your own post from local thread.
