VCC Seller legit?

But i am not sure if he is legit. I can imagine he just sells stolen credit cards or something like this and takes my money.

Any expierences?

I don't think he can be trusted, I haven't found any VCC which can work with bitcoin deposits after the closure of wavecrest service to non EU-countries.
Payoneer card is still being delivered worldwide but they also not allow direct or indirect deposit from crypto.
