Since couple of days, we are seeing a downfall for Ethereum and one of the biggest reasons for the same was EOS selling off ETH over exchanges and not over the counter.
EOS being a self proclaimed Ethereum killer utilized the opportunity of the bearish market and made Ethereum tumble down.

Here is the tweet showing the trail of how E.O.S has moved 163K ETH to bitfinex wallet

This is only when one of the ICOs (the biggest one holding ETH) are selling off the collected Ethereum over exchanges and if you see the last few quarters were the quarters of ICO boom and with the regulations getting tightened these projects are more scared to get coughed and hence could plan selling off the collected ETH into market.

I am a strong supporter of Ethereum and undoubtedly my portfolio is near to 50% only around Ethereum, but the way the ICO greed and them selling off ETH in exchanges is making me worried.

Would appreciate your thoughts over it.
