I don't think there's such a thing as a "official" Bitcoin telegram group, nor is there an official "Bitcointalk" telegram group ( as far as i'm aware.)

There are however lots of crypto groups out there, who usually give calls/advice etc. ( Beware that 99% of these are doing it to somehow benefit themselves, shilling/pump&dump etc.).

Be careful using outside chat services like telegram.  I regularly hear stories of newbies being scammed by impersonators using these services.  Chatting might be fine, but you shouldn't risk any BTC with someone based on their telegram username.
