They said theres a new version, I heard if I update I could lose my wallet?  How would I do this? Thanks

You should always back up your wallet before upgrading any software just in case there is a bug in the new version.  I upgraded Multibit today and had no problems.

How do I back it up?  I hear anything from just copy the wallet.dat file to a usb to copying the whole folder?
